The Salem Health and Wellness Foundation is excited to offer a Matching Grant Award opportunity to organizations and agencies serving people within Salem County. The Foundation will make twelve awards of $20,000 each, available to those partners who are able to raise this same amount from donors. The award can also be used as match for other grants such as federal or state funding up to the amount of $20,000. The deadline for requests is no later than May 31, 2023. However, once we have reached the limit for awardees, we will stop taking applications. The period for funding and match awards ends on December 15, 2023. As you will see in our application, your agency must be providing services in Salem County- to Salem County residents.
With these Matching Grant Awards, the Foundation is hoping to support a wide array of approaches and programs that improve the health and wellness outcomes for Salem County residents. Of course, your request must be consistent with the mission, vision and desired outcomes of the Foundation. We also believe that these awards will help to incentivize donors to get behind the good work you are doing.
