Director of Evaluation and Program Impact; The Burke Foundation

The person in this position will be strategic and analytically exacting in leading the Foundation's approach to program impact measurement, research, evaluation, and organizational learning. This person will develop and oversee methods and operations to track the performance and results of the Foundation's grantmaking portfolio, provide clear and meaningful reporting to the Board of Trustees, and translate research and data into insights that inform philanthropic strategy and decisions.
