Community Heart & Soul, located in Vermont, but funding in New Jersey)s actively seeks the collective wisdom of all residents, create a shared sense of belonging, improves local decision-making, and ultimately strengthens the social, cultural, and economic vibrancy of small cities and town. Their mission is to take Community Heart & Soul to communities across the country.
